We provide a range of reports to help you stay compliant, audit-ready, and on top of your company\u2019s performance as you scale. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We\u2019ve also recently added a range of reports for companies who are already public. Here\u2019s an overview, but we encourage you to reach out to your <a href=\"mailto:enterprise@carta.com\">relationship manager with any questions<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Equity administration reports<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3>Capitalization reports<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Capitalization reports offer insight into who owns what at your company. If you are a <a href=\"https:\/\/www-staging.carta.com\/sg\/private-companies\/\">private company<\/a>, reports will show your full <a href=\"https:\/\/www-staging.carta.com\/sg\/cap-table\/\">cap table<\/a>. Capitalization reports help keep track of ownership and allow you to model potential changes, like a new round of financing or adding more awards. Capitalization reports include:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Ledgers<\/strong> &#8211; securities ledgers by type and class<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Vesting report<\/strong> &#8211; detailed tranche-by-tranche vesting report<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Stakeholder ownership details <\/strong>&#8211; ownership breakdown by stakeholder<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3>Equity plan analysis<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www-staging.carta.com\/sg\/equity-administration\/\">Equity plan<\/a> analysis reports track activity in your equity plan. These reports feed into year-end financials so it\u2019s easier for your team to remain GAAP compliant. They also give you valuable information about your equity plan\u2014like whether you have enough options for an executive hire.
