Now they can sign them using <a href=\"https:\/\/www-staging.carta.com\/sg\/blog\/carta-for-iphone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carta for iPhone<\/a>. <strong>The mobile workflow just takes a few simple steps to complete and can be done from anywhere.<\/strong> <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Here\u2019s a short GIF of a Director signing a board approval from her iPhone: <\/p>\r\n\r\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/gfycat.com\/ifr\/ElaborateGranularLadybug\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" width=\"600\" height=\"550\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\r\n\r\n<p>When Directors open the application they\u2019ll see a red \u201ctasks\u201d icon in the upper right. This is where pending board approvals are located. Click on the pending approval to view PDF attachments and review all items for approval.
